Terms of Service

Notify is a review-alert service that emails you when new reviews appear on your Chrome Web Store™ or Google Workspace Marketplace™ listings. It is operated by Olivier Tavernier, doing business as Toolbow (in these terms, Notify, we, us and our). By creating an account or using Notify at notify.toolbow.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Notify reads the public listing pages of your Chrome Web Store™ and Google Workspace Marketplace™ items, the same pages any visitor can see, and emails you when new reviews are published. Notify never asks for, or receives, access to your Google™ developer account. The information we collect about your listings comes only from those public pages.

Accounts

You sign in with Google™. We receive your name, email address and avatar to create and identify your account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google™ account secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Notify, and you agree to provide accurate information.

Subscriptions, billing and trial

Notify is billed as a monthly subscription per tracked listing. Each listing you track carries its own subscription under one of three plans, named for how often we check the listing: Weekly, Daily and Hourly. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment card at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, the plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation stops future charges and ends tracking at the close of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown at checkout and may change, with notice, for future billing periods.

Authorized use

You may use Notify only to track listings that you own or are otherwise authorized to monitor, and only in a lawful manner. You agree to use the service as intended and not to interfere with its operation or with other users.

Intellectual property

Notify, including its software, design and content, belongs to Olivier Tavernier, doing business as Toolbow. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Review content shown by Notify is created by third-party reviewers and published on the public store pages, and it belongs to its respective owners. Trademarks referenced within the service belong to their respective owners.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or redistribute the service or the data it produces as your own product;
• reverse engineer the service, or access parts of it that you are not authorized to use;
• use Notify to monitor listings that you do not own or are not authorized to monitor;
• use the service to break the law or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to Notify or its infrastructure.

Service availability and disclaimer

Notify is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts will be complete, accurate or timely. Notify depends on the public markup of the store pages published by Google™, which can change at any time and without notice; when it does, checks may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted until Notify is updated. We also do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Notify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google™.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notify and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes any loss resulting from a missed, delayed or inaccurate review alert. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Modifications to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Notify after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
